Australia's only O.E.M. Paint Line

Conducting extensive research with manufacturers in Germany and repairers in the United Kingdom we are proud to introduce Australia’s first OEM Paint Line. In line with wheel manufacturers, we will strip all wheels back to a raw substrate. Then have them placed on our line and primed, painted back to the original colour and cleared coated. Making use of industry leading powder coating technology, the primer and clear coat are applied more evenly and denser to provide a perfect finish.

CNC Machining

Machined finished wheels are now becoming more and more common as an OEM option. To perfect this finish, we have a professionally built CNC wheel lathe which maps and cuts the profile of the wheel, delivering a factory finish every time. Incorporated with our OEM paint line, wheels repaired will look like new items pulled out of a box.

Rerolling and Straightening of Buckled Wheels

Is your car wobbling? Steering wheel shaking at certain speeds? Or is your tyre losing air? This could be the result buckled wheels. We offer services which enable us to:

Vintage Wheel Repairs

Advanced Alloy Wheel repairs specialize in the refurbishment of not only newer model wheels but also in vintage and classic wheel styles. We have the skills and equipment to ensure your vintage wheel is repaired with utmost care and attention to detail. Advanced Alloy Wheel Repairs will take all the necessary steps to ensure that your wheel is to look like it has just rolled out of the showroom when they were first purchased. We are the preferred repairer for most car clubs and concourse show car enthusiasts. Subject to individual wheel quality and condition.

Metropolitan & Regional Pickup

Advanced Alloy Wheel Repairs offer prompt, friendly service to all metropolitan and regional Victoria areas with our fleet of company vans and couriers. In some cases Advanced Alloy Wheel Repairs can arrange for interstate couriers to pick up and return your wheels if required.

Re-Boring Centres

Certain wheels will require centres to be bored out to fit newer or older model vehicles. If you need your wheel hubs enlarged contact our team to judge whether your need can be satisfied.

Wheel Inspection

We offer a complimentary service to inspect any wheels you have which may require re-rolling or structural repairs. We will determine whether the wheels are safe for road use, or what can be done to correct the issue. There will be no charge for the inspection unless you go ahead with the repair. If the wheels are on the car we recommend ringing a head to book a time so you are not waiting around for a long period.
