In line with wheel manufacturers, we will strip all wheels back to a raw substrate. Then have them placed on our line and primed, painted back to the original colour and cleared coated. Making use of industry leading powder coating technology, the primer and clear coat are applied more evenly and denser to provide a perfect finish.

Machined finished wheels are now becoming more and more common as an OEM option. To perfect this finish we have a professionally built CNC wheel lathe which maps and cuts the profile of the wheel, delivering a factory finish every time. Incorporated with our OEM paint line, wheels repaired will look like new items pulled out of a box.
